Sunday Stash Shopping #13

I’ve been using some products I tested recently, and since I dug up my Chanel Prelude, I decided to use it for today’s look. There are a few old favourites in this post, and I’ve gone back to using foundations. My skin has taken a good 2 month’s break from foundations, and I wanted to ease back into it. I have so many foundations sitting in my drawer, I didn’t want them to rot and waste. So, I rediscovered my first sheer foundation love.

TheΒ Chanel Vitalumiere AquaΒ is lightweight, evens out my skin tone while letting me still be me. I love the scent of this foundation, and while it might not work for some, it works great for me. Doesn’t break me out, doesn’t dry out my skin, it just provides a thin veil of coverage which is all I need now. I still use concealer for my undereyes and I set everything with powder. I’m trying to use up my MAC Mineralised Skin Finish Natural.Β

For blush, I’ve been using a few, from Dior Rose Cherie to NARS Deep Throat to Dior Rosy Glow. I’ve also been playing with lip colours, since this is such a neutral look. I went from pale pink to deep berry, all go well with this eye look.

For this post, I am wearing Dior Rose Cherie blush and Dior Jelly Lip Pen in Gaia and here’s the complete look πŸ™‚

I hope you liked it! What have you been wearing lately?

xoxo Lily

Girl, I applaud you for using a difficult palette. I wouldn’t have the patience. Furthermore, I love the look you did! I’m going to try to copy you. You’ve inspired me.
