Sunday Stash Shopping #30: Dior Montaigne

I reviewed Montaigne last week and thought it’s appropriate to show you how it looks on me. Also, it was requested and I could only oblige πŸ™‚ So let’s cut to the chase. For this look, other than Montaigne, I used Chanel Vitalumiere Aqua to even out my skin tone, Tarte Frisky as blush and Rouge Dior in Sillage on my lips. I filled in my brows using Benefit powder eye shadow in Bossy for a softer less defined look.

On my eyes, I used the centre shade of Montaigne on the hollow of my socket, bottom left shade all over the lids and the darkest shade on the outer corners and lower lash line. I also used the top left beige to highlight my brow bone and inner corner. I left out the top left shade. Using a black liner, I tightlined my upper lash line and to soften the look, I used a taupeΒ liner (Urban Decay Underground) on my lower lash line. Finish off with mascara and this is how it looks on my eyes. Actually, this is how I like to do my eyes because I find it most flattering.

And the complete look is something like this:

Wow that’s a huge picture of my face. Gonna have to be better at cropping with this new blog layout. Anyway, you get the idea. That’s it for this week’s stash shopping. Have a good Sunday!

  • Really pretty! Love the look. Your skin is so flawless Lily! You are glowing! And that Rouge Dior is great on you. I like my makeup simple like this as well lately.

    • Lily

Thanks Tracy. My makeup routine has been minimal for the entire pregnancy. Even less than this. Lol!

  • Your skin is so nice! And that coral is a nice, easy to wear shade! I like it a lot.

hi lily, your skin looks really nice! love the blush and lipstick on you a lot! beautiful pics <3 seems like dior should be the brand I should take a closer look at for some neutrals, I like how you can layer all dior shadows and mix and match.

    • Lily
