Not A Review: Guerlain Météorites Perles de Blush Eclat Angelique

You read that right. This is not a review of the Guerlain Météorites Perles de Blush Eclat Angelique (RM192) because it’s been talked to death. However, it’s so beautiful, I want to photograph it! So, this is more of an image document of this gorgeous blush, that many of us so affectionately call, the Blush Ballz. I first saw it here, so I blame Liz.

Guerlain meteorites perles de blush

Don’t let the photos here fool you. This blush is small. But I like to blow it out of proportion like this!

And like this…

I think you’ve seen the blush itself already, but if you haven’t, here it is

Closer? Sure…

One more? Ah, I can only oblige

Guerlain blush balls

Beautiful pink ballz aside, I do like how it looks against my skin. I will wear it in a FOTD one day, but for today, you can see how it looks on my arm. It’s so natural, it looks as if I scalded my arm. LOL!

If you want another full review, Paris has one and she sets your expectations straight. I thought I’d be able to stay away, but obviously I’m weak. What about you? Have you seen this? Swatched this? Bought this?

xoxo Lily

  • Yup! Love them too!

    • Lily

      This looks great on you!

  • It’s so pretty! I liked your not-review 🙂

    • Lily

Sometimes, writing reviews is darn boring 🙂

  • I love this one, certainly my favorite from Guerlain’s Spring Collection and favorite cheek product from all spring collections… I love the photos so much.

    • Lily

Thank you Sara. This is the only thing I got from Guerlain’s Spring. I wanted to try the Baby Glow but it’s a little too pink for me.

  • The photos are beautiful and the swatch looks really pretty. I haven’t seen it in person yet though.

    • Lily

Thanks Agata and it’s even prettier in person.

  • I go back and forth about this one, but now I am so seriously tempted!

    • Lily

If you like the meteorites, Sunny, I think you’ll really enjoy this one too. A novelty, I guess, and some complain about the cardboard packaging. To me though, it’s sturdy enough and so beautiful 🙂

  • Liz

Haha, okay, it’s my fault. It’s a really good winter blush though!

    • Lily

It’s been your fault a lot lately, Liz. tsk tsk tsk

  • Jaa

Blush Ballz… haha love the photography and your not-a-review post, Lily! A beautiful color indeed! 🙂

    • Lily

      Thank you Jaa. I couldn’t resist 🙂

  • Oh wow- it is so freaking gorgeous. I have never tried Guerlain Meteorites – and it’s such a classic makeup item!!

    • Lily

Oh man, I don’t know how I missed this comment, YuMing. This is beautiful indeed! I only have the blush balls in Teint Beige, now known an Claire, but I love this one. Something special 🙂

Bought it, and i’m gonna golam-it to death!!! Love your pictures! They tell more than words could ever.

Thanks Linda. I read your post on this. Such a pretty little thing…
