I’ve been wanting to show you guys how the Shiseido Maquillage Dramatic Mood Veil in RD100 look on my skin. You saw how beautiful it is when I posted it on Instagram and isn’t it about time I did a look using it? Since I did a Bobbi Brown centric look recently, I thought I’d just keep on with the theme, and do a Shiseido one today. I realize I don’t have much of their makeup anymore. I have a couple of cream shadows which I put in the blog sale, but since no one wanted them, I thought I’d show them some love. I also love the Perfect Rouge lipstick in Sublime, so here, I’m featuring these 3 products.
For the blush, the instructions were to use the different shades individually on the cheeks to create a sculpted effect. There a unique brush provided, but the individual colors are really too small to pick up individually. The difference isn’t all that dramatic anyway, so I thought it was really a waste of time. I prefer to use my blush brush, swirl it around the pan and just use all colors as one blush. All for one 🙂 On my eyes, I used only one eye shadow, their BR709 which is also known as Patina. Sublime (the lipstick) is a beautiful pinky coral, and these 3 products complement each other very well. Here’s the final look.
It’s a subtle look that isn’t too bright or muted. I think you can wear this from work to grocery shopping. Hope you liked it and enjoy your Sunday!
